Wetherby Arts School will be a 60,000 square ft. campus. It will form a key part of the Olympia London redevelopment, a £1.3 billion cultural and entertainment district built around the historic event venue in West London.
The Olympia development will also include
- the new 1,575 seat ‘Olympia Theatre’. Operated by Trafalgar Entertainment theatre, it will be the largest new permanent theatre to open in London since the National Theatre in 1976
- a 4,400-capacity live music venue, run by AEG Presents, a global music and live entertainment leader
- Hyatt and citizenM hotels
- Exhibition, retail and office space
