Students will be prepared for top universities and conservatoires as well as careers, with our dedicated Careers centre forming a key resource for our students, providing extensive industry contacts and support.
The school will be sited directly next to two large entertainment venues which will offer unparalleled opportunities for our pupils:
- a 4,400 capacity live music venue, which will be run by ‘AEG Presents‘
- the new Olympia Theatre, operated by Trafalgar Entertainment. With 1,575 seats, this will be the largest new permanent theatre to open in London since the National Theatre in 1976
The close collaboration that we will have with Trafalgar Entertainment and AEG overall will offer a route for a number of our students into the theatre and music business.
For example, in addition to the venues offering student priced tickets to their events, we will be working closely with them to help organise technical workshops, forming a collaboration between the technicians who run the venues and our own teachers. Due to the shortage of technicians in the business, these workshops will give our pupils a insight into this area as a career.
